Eu acho que esta mesmo fixe.. mais uma vez a expressao esta fantastica.. So nao sei se o fundo da mesma cor foi uma boa opçao :\

Nice vector art indeed, it has so few lines but so much expression, just before i read the description i thought to myself .oO( dude, it really IS mr. Diamonds, he looks like he just won a million ). He is just perfect except for the +'s on his teeth, i think they shouldnt be so powerful, maybe some opacity down ? Maybe you should play with them just a bit, just to try it out, odds are it looks better this way but i think its worth a shot.

As for the red on red background... LOL its you, as red as it gets, right ? but there is something about red and green that really creams my twinky, allways did, allways will.

The cocktail thingie on his mouth is the cherry on top, if there was any doubt that is mr. diamonds, it goes away with that detail. You know me and de detail, its the little things that make the difference, so i could only love the cocktail thingie
Speaking of detail, one of the things that give the character most of his expression could only be the eyebrows and i gotta give it to you, they are just right, a fine line and that *shadow'ish* things...uhhh just right, not too much, not too little.

Great work, notorious evolution in your vector skills.

Eheheh tá lindooo! Tipo eu não percebo nada de vector art mas quer dizer a pessoa vê se lhe está a "saber" bem ou não e tá mesmo muito giro tipo todos os pormenores estão muito lá...e a expressão dele...tá muito cómica!
