Not as impressive as the previous one, but still a nice go, with very interesting little details. My fault too, as I find myself more easily impressed by aggressiveness, demonstrations of power (oh, that gun... *sigh*) and shock and was, I must confess, looking forward for this kind of approach to the next ones after I saw "Sloth".
Anyway, the manipulation looks pretty neat but what really caught my attention was the light work and the way it helps separate and enhance the two sides to the face: the face's right side (the one without make-up, the one that, in my opinion, symbolizes the part still not "touched" by vanity) and the left side (the one symbolizing the sin itself). And that part is pretty awesome.
Also, very nice description. I actually had a laugh when I read that MTv part and asked myself "should I go as far as getting up from my desk and turning on tv, when I'm at dev art? Naaa.."

You never cease to surprise me. I think this is one of the best ideas you ever had and the way you are doing it is so much better that anything I've ever seen on such subject.
